A. BostonTEFL now recommends the i-to-i TEFL Online Certificate Program. They offer programs to suit the unique needs of new EFL / ESL teachers. You can complete the course entirely online - partly online with a weekend intensive, or two-weeks abroad with real teaching practice.  WHAT TO EXPECT
The online CTEFL and Cert.TBE courses are presented in a format that is easy to understand and follow right from your computer screen. There is no additional software to buy and no required coursebooks. All course lessons and materials are available from within our easy to navigate online campus website.
A few days before your course is scheduled to begin, you will receive a Pre-Course Update from the Online Administration Office that will include some basic course schedule information. On the day the course begins, your Online Campus Account will be activated and you will receive your Login ID and Password for the Campus Website. You will also receive a Welcome email from your Course Advisor.
Your Course Advisor is your Instructor and guide through the CTEFL program. Your Advisor will post and respond to questions via email and the Discussion Forum and schedule live online chat sessions several times during the course (depending on student availability).
The course is presented over three-weeks, with 2-3 lessons each day, Monday through Friday. The lessons are mostly text and images and are writted in a concise, right to the point format. Daily course lessons may also be printed out for reading off-line later. Many lessons also include discussion points for our Campus Discussion Forum. When your assignments are complete, you'll send them to your course advisor directly from within your online campus account.
You are free to log-on to the campus website at anytime during your course to access your lessons, forum discussions, resources, etc.
 Earn your CTEFL (Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or Cert.TBE (Certificate in Teaching Business English) entirely at a distance! Utilizing our world-class Integrated Online Campus System provided by BBI, you'll complete your online course work in only three weeks (two weeks for the Certificate in Teaching Business English)!
